How does the process work to sell my house?

Once you have completed the Property Information Form, one of our real estate solutions specialists will contact you; this call will usually be made within 24-48 hours. There will sometimes be situations in which we will need to gather additional information. Our team will research your property and discuss all details with you. We may be able to make you an offer during our phone discussion. However, we will most often schedule a time with you to view the property and then make an offer!

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition, neighborhood, price range and situation! We will buy your house as-is; you don’t need to do ANY repairs.

What does it mean when you state “any condition, neighborhood, price range or situation”?

Your property can be in foreclosure, over-leveraged, condemned, have liens or health department violations or just not have been maintained. The bottom line is: we may buy it!

Are you Realtors?

A Heart for Homes, LLC, is a real estate investment and solutions company. We are property acquisition specialists that buy houses/properties, and we want to buy your home. There is never a charge or a commission! However, if listing your property is the best solution, we will connect you with a recommended licensed agent.

We do not charge any fees to discuss your situation, make you an offer or to buy your property.

Am I under any obligation to sell my home if I fill out your Property Information Form?

There is absolutely NO obligation on your part! We will simply review and research the information provided and make you an offer. You may choose to accept or reject that offer. The choice is yours. (If our offer doesn’t work for you, we will do our best to point you in the direction of someone who may be able to help. We want the solution that works best for you, even if it is not with our company.)

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Any information you provide is completely confidential. If you want to deal with a reliable company who will treat you with professionalism, understanding and respect, you have come to the right place.

If I know of another property your company may want to buy, do you pay a referral fee?

Yes! For instance, there may be a vacant house on your street in need of repair; perhaps you know someone who needs or wants to sell their home. In either case, please refer them to us. Have them provide us their information, and we will do the research. An offer should be made shortly thereafter. We will pay referral fees if we purchase the property indicated. Contact us directly to discuss the terms.
